Europe Trip - Day 3 - Amsterdam

We planned on getting an early start to our day, but we all slept in and i’m not even mad about it. I NEEEEEDED sleep and we all woke up around 11 a.m. feeling refreshed. We took a bus into the central part of town and graded lunch. I got fish and chips and it was HUGE portions, but so good! Then we waited around for our canal tour, with was AMAZING. It was relaxing and beautiful, just what I needed. We all loved it! I feel like Copenhagen was a more lively city, and that Amsterdam is a little bit gloomy, but beautiful none the less. I love the canal system and all the buildings are GORGEOUS!

I am lucky enough to be traveling with two friends who didn’t hesitate to offer up all their clothing when we realized I lost my suitcase. I love these ladies! We really are having the best time just wandering the city.
