Europe Trip - Day 1 - Copenhagen

Im currently on a little work vacation in Europe, having the time of my life! My friends Stephanie and Alexis and I planned a 10 day trip to Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin and Malmo for a few shoots. Yesterday we spent the day in LAX waiting for our flight to Copenhagen. Its true what they say, time flies when you are having fun, or in our case, doing yoga and shooting each other in the middle of an airport.

Our flight to Copenhagen was 10.5 hours and we got some real work done on a project that I AM SO EXCITED to announce to you guys soon! We were on fire with this project and the whole trip would have been worth it just for those few hours putting our heads together in the wee hours of the night. When we finally landed in Copenhagen we hoped on the Metro to go to our air bnb. When it was time for our stop, Steph got off just before a huge rush of people trapped Alexis and i and we couldn’t get off the train. We were only a little bit panicked as we gestured to Steph to stay put because our phones hadn’t adjusted yet and none of us had service. Alexis and I hopped on another train to get back to Steph and we were only separated for about 15 minutes. We are already laughing about it and its one of my favorite memories of the trip so far - just waiving bye to Steph from the window as our train sped away.

We had some help from some really nice locals to find the bus and figure out our bus stops, but we got lost in translation somewhere and found ourselves standing on a street with no idea where to go. We bugged this cute little 13 year old who spoke english to help us call a taxi because we had a shoot we were going to be late for.

We met up with our models in Tivoli Gardens. Its the 2nd oldest amusement park and its magical. So glad we went just for the experience of walking around, and shooting was even better! Penny and Tien were so sweet and I am so glad we got to meet them and shoot them!
